Caregivers For Seniors, Inc., Opens in P.B. County

What makes this service extraordinary is Seniors keeping Seniors independent. They provide meal preparation, shopping, laundry, light housekeeping and a caring presence up to 24 hours per day, overnight or daytime hours. 24 hour back-up-support is provided. Referrals are screened through the Department of Law Enforcement and sign a notarized affidavit that they do not have an adult abuse record. Seniors are experienced and reliable caregivers.
These are retired men and women seeking involvement in a worthwhile activity with a paycheck at the end. There is a great need for care of an elderly relative who can't be left alone- or sudden needs of an otherwise independent person. This service brings together senior citizens with the result that each solves problems for the other.
