Connor Johnson and Brad Borosak combined their offensive and defensive talents to lead the 13U Bolling Green Falcons JTAA Flag Football team to the Division Championship 21-7 on Saturday November 18th.
Johnson's passing ability put the Falcons first six points on the board against the Boilermakers, with a quick "bullet over the middle" pass to David McDonald from the Boilermaker's 12. Johnson scored the Falcon's second TD by dancing his way for 60 yards through a maze of talented defenders. The final score came by the hands and feet of Bradley Borosak taking a backfield handoff from Johnson and scoring from the Boilermakers 38 yardline, putting the Falcons ahead to stay 21 -7. The icing on the cake came when Borosak snagged a late Boilermaker's pass with less than 2:00 minutes remaining in the 4th.
Connor Johnson's offensive and defensive talents lead the Falcon's team to a respectable 9-1 record, averaging nearly 75 rushing yards per game.
Brad Borosak team's have captured the championship flag in his respective JTAA Flag Football divisions in 4 of his last 6 years.
Congrats to both players on a strong offensive and defensive season in the final year of your six year Flag Football career in JTAA !
