Marc Zatorsky, Sunday Evening acting improv workshop instructor at the Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum, recently won the WFLX Channel 29/Metro PCS "Make our Super Commercial Contest." The commercial was aired during Super Bowl XLII on Sunday, February 3rd. The commercial was written, directed and produced by Marc.
The majority of the cast and crew are all associated with the Burt Reynolds Museum. Mike Teutsch (cameraman and editor) has been a long time student of the museums workshops and will be instructing a class of his own in the near future. Hunter Zatorsky (production assistant) Mary Alice Stewart (Actor) Alan Stewart (actor) all attend Marc's Sunday workshop. Gabriela Wagnor (actor) who is new to acting, was recently crowned Miss Teen Boca Raton USA 2008. Original music was penned for the commercial by local recording artist and producer, The Ridd.
"It was a great team effort," Marc said. "I must also add that I owe a great deal of gratitude to the Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum. The film maker workshops I've taken there have been absolutely incredible. I can't imaging anyone who lives here locally and is interest in becoming involved in film making or acting in any capacity not attending these courses."
The contest winners are also involved together in an independent TV Pilot that is in the midst of production. There are over 25 cast and crew members involved in this production that are also teachers and students at the museum.
