On a perfect spring evening with theJupiter LIghthouse as a backdrop, the Jupiter Tide Lacrosse 3rd and 4th grade boys teams squared off again for a third time this season. The game was a fast and furious physical contest with the Jupiter Gold Warriors winning by a score of 10-3.
The Jupiter Gold offense was lead by attack man Michael Dean with 5 goals, Grant Wrightson with 3 goals and Nick Iznaga and Max Moran with 1 goal each. These boys got the glory, however their goals were set up with assists from Drake Reichenberg, Jeff Zuccarelli and Jonah Anderson who recorded his first assist of the season.
As usual, the Jupiter Gold Defensive players Mason Kirchfeld, Drew Brown, Tyler Jerd and Hunter Parkey completely dominated their side of the field and shut down most every scoring opportunity by the White team. Goalie, Alex Derrico recorded 10 saves on the day and generally made life very difficult around the goal.
The Jupiter Gold Warriors record improves to 13-0 with their next game on Saturday, May 3rd against Martin County at Jupiter Community Park.
