The Jupiter Lacrosse 3rd and 4th grade boys Gold Warriors team sponsored by Tevix M.D., completed the season with an undefeated record of 15-0 with victories over Martin County 12-0 and Jupiter White 7-3.
Jupiter Gold Warriors 12 - Martin County Pioneers 10
The team had an early morning game on May 3rd and started playing without their usual vim and vigor. Martin County took advantage and put up some quick points. By half-time everyone was awake and the game turned into a back and forth scoring duel. Ultimately the Warriors offense dominated with 12 goals scored and multiple assists by
Michael Dean, Drake Reichenberg, Grant Wrightson and Colin O'hare.
Congratulations to
Zino Kuhn
, a first year middie who played an awesome game scoring 3 goals and playing outstanding defense as well.
Jupiter Gold Warriors 7 - Jupiter White 3
On a breezy spring evening May 7th, the Jupiter Gold and White squads faced off for their 4th and final time this season. The Gold squad has been a dominating team this season and this game was no exception. Much of the Warriors success has been because of their defensive players.
Mason Kirchfeld, Hunter Parkey, Tyler Jerd and Drew Brown
are a commanding presence on the field and rarely give an opponent a clean shot at the goal. Congratulations are also in order for goalie
Alex Derrico
, who was relieved late in the game by
Michael Dean.
With these two players defending the goal no one gets near the cage.
Special recognition must be given to first year attacker,
Sean Andros
for scoring a goal and playing an exceptional game.
It was an exciting, dramatic finale to a very successful season.
