"Dress for Success"

True beauty lies within. However, our first impressions of others are often visual and you only get one chance to make a great first impression. Therefore, it's important to always dress for success; otherwise, you could be dressing yourself for failure.

I know it's wrong to judge people by their appearances, but often, assumptions are made about others solely on the way they dress or carry themselves. For instance, if you show up to a job interview looking unkempt, the employer will assume you are a lazy person, imcapable of good judgment. On the other hand, if you show up tidy and well-prepared, you will give off the impression that you put effort and respect into the interview and most likely would be willing to give that same level of effort to the job if hired.

GUESS WHAT? Every day is a potential interview of sorts; as we never know when opportunities could come our way. One thing we do know is that they come more often to people who regularly pay attention to their outward appearance.

Again, true beauty lies within. However, it can only shine through when we feel good about ourselves on the outside. You see, when we dress for success we feel more confident; therefore, we stand taller, smile more, and project a positive image to the world.
