Alie Craig,
a Junior at Jupiter High School, was the runner-up in the Teen Heaven Homecoming contest for 2006. Her prize was a delicious dinner for two at the Bonefish Grill restaurant in Oakbrook Square, N. Palm Beach. The gift certificate was graciously donated by manager Noel Martinez, who is pictured here with Alie outside the restaurant, as she claimed her prize last week.
The first prize was won by Lily Jones, a Martin County resident, who will be featured here next week! Her prize included: A homecoming dress from Teen Heaven, and a make-over from these fine Oakbrook Square merchants:
A "teen" facial & make-up session with Trueglo Medspa,
A manicure & "hot stone" pedicure from Christine's Nail Salon,
A new hairstyle from Chez Cheri Beauty Salon,
A healthy & delicious lunch from Habitat Cafe.
The contest was open to Palm Beach & Martin County female high school students 16 years old & up, and involved writing a composition on why it's important to "dress for success!". Teen Heaven was the sponsor of this contest, along with the other fine merchants mentioned above from the Shoppes of Oakbrook in North Palm Beach. All entries were judged by Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers and Regan Communications, a public relations firm in West Palm Beach.
Please check out this listing next week to see photos of Lily, and follow her through her day of beauty! Go to our website for fabulous Homecoming fashions:
