Cruise Ships Head Back to Florida
Contributed by: Penny Sheltz on 11/26/2007

Many Cruise ships are returning to Florida for the Winter season.
World travelers Penny & Wally Sheltz flew to London in November to cruise back to Ft Lauderdale on Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas. They enjoyed two weeks aboard this Voyager class ship with stops in La Coruna Spain to see the World's oldest Roman Lighthouse,
in Portugal to visit the Capital city of Lisbon, Madiera, and a stop on La Palma in the Canary Islands to see Taubriente the World's largest volanic erosion crater. The Atlantic Ocean was very calm on the 5 day crossing and they enjoyed many activities on the ship including lectures, auctions, ice skating shows, parades down the Promenade, Las Vegas Production shows, trivia contests and of course the fabulous variety of food. Plus the wonderful service from the waiters and room stewards and the ships decor.
