The Treasure Coast Builders Association has installed new officers and directors for 2008.

Executive officers for 2007-2008 are: President, Randy Berry of Randy Berry Services; First Vice President, Chris Sorenson of W B Brown, Inc.; Second Vice President, Monique Bruhn of Louden Bonded Pools; Treasurer, Greg Schlitt of Schlitt Builders; Secretary, Cathy Barham of New Homes and Design; Immediate Past President, Jeff Dougherty of Treasure Coast Homes; and Immediate Past Second Vice President, Jeff Schlitt of Schlitt Insurance Services.

New directors for the four counties include:

Martin County

Chapter chair, Earnie Carrere of Carrere General Contractors; Ronnie Kirchman of Kirchman Construction; Roy Kraemer of Florida's Finest Construction; Bob Thomas of Rachlin Cohin & Holtz; and Pat McLaughlin of Maschmeyer Concrete.

St. Lucie County

Chapter chair, Christina Kelleher of Vertical Lending; Jane Rowley of Core Communities; Jeff Braun of Certified Building Contractors, Inc.; Paul Lugara of Diligent Environmental Services: and, Don Warburton of Aburton Homes.

Indian River County

Chapter chair, Mark Caldarone of Homes by Calton; Robert Paugh of Bill Bryant & Associates: David Milton of Milton Construction Associates, Inc.: David Ederer of Navo Builders LLC; and, Joe Staniewicz of Huckleberry, Sibley & Harvey Insurance.

Okeechobee County

Chapter chair, Cindy Hall of Cap Stone Industries of Central Florida, Inc.; and Elbert Batton of Lake View Builders.

The installation banquet was held at the Fort Pierce Yacht Club and TCBA Past President Wil Brown and Past Second Vice President Susan Fines installed the new officers and directors.
