STUART, Fla. - The Visiting Nurse Association Air Show, scheduled for Nov. 8 and 9, 2008, at Witham Field in Stuart, has numerous opportunities for companies to get involved in the event. The VNA Air Show offers sponsorships, Corporate Hospitality Chalets and Marketplace Exhibitor Booths.
Sponsorship opportunities are available ranging from $1,500 to $25,000. Sponsors receive general admission tickets, signage, name and link on Web site, banners on airport fence, announcements during the show, name in official program, and an exhibitor booth, among other benefits per level.
Corporate Hospitality Chalets are a way to express thanks to employees and/or clients, pursue potential new clients, or entertain special guests. The chalet includes a premium, unobstructed view of the flight line, 50 general admission tickets, 25 VIP parking passes and a 20-foot by 30-foot tent.
Marketplace Exhibitor Booths are available to companies interested in displaying products and talking to 40,000 potential clients. The cost to become an exhibitor throughout the weekend is $500 for for-profit companies and $250 for non-profit companies.
Established in 1976, the VNA of Florida is a non-profit, community-based healthcare agency offering complete home health services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutritional counseling, medical social work and home health aides. The VNA has been associated with the air show for the past ten years.
