The Guardian ad Litem Program, the Voice for Okeechobee County's Abused & Neglected Children, will be offering FREE Volunteer Training July 8 , 10 , 15, 17 , and 22 nd at the Okeechobee Courthouse. Guardians must be at least 19 years old and undergo a background check and certification process.
