Put some fast-paced, action-packed fun in your last weekend before school starts up! Come to the New Hendry County Speedway for some thrilling stock car racing on Saturday night, August 18, starting at 6:30 pm. After 4 weeks time off, racers and spectators alike, are ready to race again. All the hometown divisions will be running including 4 and 8 cylinder Bombers, Pure Stocks, Street Stocks, Sportsman, Mini Mods and even Jr. Mini's. Plus, for some added excitement, there will be an appearance by the Florida Mini Sprints! Kids, bring your bikes for a racing competition during intermission. Remember, helmets are a must.

Your appetite for racing is not the only thing satisfied here. Come hungry and sample mouth watering selections at the many vendors. General admission is $15.00 adults, $12.00 seniors and students, and kids 10 and under are free. Pit pass entry is $25.00. Bring this article with you and get $5.00 each admission! The New Hendry County Speedway is about 70 scenic miles from Stuart and is located in Clewiston, on US Hwy 27, at the Moore Haven/Clewiston County line.
