My Finance Coach Where I Talk Personal Finance in Laymans Terms
I am Randy Christ and I am the coach. I am creating this blog in hopes that you, the reader, will send me general personal finance questions that I can answer in future articles for this forum. I don't mean what stock to buy or sell. Rather I mean questions on personal finance that everyday people have and that no one seems to want to answer in everyday people language. The answers always seem to come in financial terminology that everyday people don't understand.

Too Much Month Left at the End of the Money!
Contributed by: Randy Christ   on 5/29/2006

Welcome to My Finance Coach.

I am Randy Christ and I am the coach.

Q: You ask what a finance coach is.

A
: A financial coach/counselor is a person with a passion to help people make wise financial decisions in order to achieve financial peace. They have the heart of a teacher. A financial coach does not sell any financial investment products or life insurance. A financial coach is not a registered investment advisor or securities broker, so they make no sales commissions. In plain English this means a financial coach/counselor has no dog in the fight and thus can give a totally unbiased and honest opinion of your financial situation.

"Normal is: Looking Good, No Money, and One Job Layoff from Bankruptcy.
You Do Not Want to be Normal
". Dave Ramsey

I am not normal and I started this business to try and help other people to be not normal. I see a real need to help people get their personal debt, their finances and consequently their lives in order. Then they won't be normal either.

DID YOU KNOW?

According to the Wall Street Journal nearly 70% of all consumers live frompaycheck to paycheck.

Consumer Reports Money Book says the typical household has $48,000 in debt and that total consumer debt has almost tripled since 1980. In 1980 the total consumer debt was $1.3 trillion and now is over $6.0 trillion.

The Truth about Debt CONsolidation: You can't borrow your way out of debt.
