The Jazzercise Personal Touch program which provides the new ACSM recommendation of 2 days of strength training will be offered on a consistent basis.
The Fitness Center also offers a "Flex schedule" which allows members to start their workout with the strength training portion of one class and finish with the aerobic portion of the following class. This flexibility allows up to 5 start times on some evenings.
