Palm Cove "Cognoscenti" Dining Club Enjoys "An Evening in Paris"

Members of the newly formed "Cognoscenti" fine dining club held their inaugural event at the beautiful Palm Cove Golf and Yacht Club Clubhouse on June 28th. The evening featured a spectacular dinner, with the theme "An Evening in Paris", prepared by Executive Chef John Carlino and his exceptional staff. The seven course meal included wine pairings individually selected to compliment offerings such as Roast Rack of Lamb with Fresh Fig Compote and Classic Sole Francaise.

Among his many credentials, Chef Carlino graduated at the top of his class from The Culinary Institute of America and has served as Chairman of Culinary Education and Associate Dean at the Florida Culinary Institute.

Cognoscenti was formed expressly to provide residents with unique and exceptional dining experiences in the comfort of the Palm Cove Clubhouse, with Chef Carlino providing the culinary offerings.
