The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast's Thrift Store is celebrating the holidays early with its fourth annual Christmas in July celebration. This 10-day sale, which starts Friday, July 10, will feature holiday merchandise at discounted prices from shops including Macy's and Dillard's. The store is located at 2585 S.E. Federal Highway in Stuart and is open between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. seven days a week.
During the sale, the thrift store will sell $5 raffle tickets for the chance to win a large selection of Christopher Radko and Disney collectable ornaments, including a five-foot wreath, valued at $2,600. More than 60 ornaments are attached to the pre-lit wreath, which was generously donated. The wreath comes complete with a custom wooden storage crate on wheels for year-round storage. The drawing will take place at the thrift store on November 7, the first day of the store's fourth annual Holiday Fashion Showcase. The winner does not have to be present to win.
For more information about the raffle, contact Terry Piccolo at 772-286-6909. For more information about the sale, visit http://www.hstc1.org.
Since 1955, the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast, located at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Avenue in Palm City, has been the leading advocate for animal welfare in the Martin County area. A 501©3 private, nonprofit organization, the Humane Society relies on donations to support its programs and services. As a local Humane Society, HSTC is independently run from any national welfare or humane organization with no financial assistance from these groups. For more information, visit http://www.hstc1.org or call 772-223-8822.
