EASY BAKED CHICKEN

8 pieces of chicken with the skin removed (You can use chicken breasts, thighs, drumsticks or a mixture of all)
1 pkg. dried Lipton Onion soup mix
1 cup water
8 oz. French dressing
8 oz. apricot jam

Mix onion soup, water, french dressing and apricot jam together in a blender. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the top of the chicken. Bakeat 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn chicken and pour remainder of mixture over chicken and bakd an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
