On Wednesday, January 30, 2008 Bill Holmes, CRB and Walter Damon of Coldwell Bankers in Stuart presented Dr. Louis Benson, President & CEO of Treasure Coast Hospice with a $500 donation. Dr. Benson remarked, "We treasure the generosity of our local community businesses. With their support we are able to reach out to more people and provide more resources to help those in need. On behalf of Treasure Coast Hospice's staff and volunteers, we extend our thanks and appreciation to the staff of Coldwell Bankers for their gift."

Some of Treasure Coast Hospice's programs are supported solely by donations, such as the Weeks Health & Activities Center, where clients come to enjoy a day of social interaction, facilitation of creativity, and personal growth, and relief from isolation. This program also allows the client's caregiver a day of respite to tend to daily tasks while knowing their loved one is well taken care of and surrounded by friends. In addition, The Harbors of Treasure Coast Hospice Community Grief Support Center offers programs such as Camp Good Grief, Family Night, Family Camp, Day Retreats, and many other adult support programs.
