Palm City Fl.- Four top youth academy coaches from the English Premiership soccer club West Bromwich Albion concluded a 4 day soccer camp at Leighton Park.
About 100 players took part in the camp, featuring one of the top soccer academies in England. West Bromwich Albion includes professional and youth players.
Players from age 9 to 18 separated into groups and trained for 90-minute sessions. There was a coaches clinic from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday with over 15 coaches in attendance to learn from the Professional West Brom coaches.
Paul Gibbons, a scout for West Brom and the club director of coaching for the Treasure Coast United Soccer Club
www.tcusoccer.com , helped bring West Bromwich Albion to the Treasure Coast. Gibbons, who is from England and a former youth coach with West Bromwich Albion, said he hopes to make this the first of many visits.
Members of West Bromwich Albion are also about to publish a book called "Albion 'till I die", which will feature the trip to the Treasure Coast.

Title: Community Director at West Bromwich Albion.
Job: Oversees all community and education activities.
ALAN CAFFREY
Title: Ages7-11 Director at West Bromwich Albion.
Job: Oversees recruitment and technical development of young players.
JON ROSS
Title: Senior Football Coach at West Bromwich Albion.
Job: Coaches in the Dudley and Halesowen areas. Also delivers an advanced coaching center with youngsters to increase their technical development.
CHRIS HOLLOWAY
Title: Football Development Officer at West Bromwich Albion.
Job: Coordinates on the ACES Program and with match-day activities. Also manages the West Bromwich Albion Ladies team.
