TCU sent 6 teams to play in 2 different tournaments over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.
The TCU u-9 girls and u-10 girls played in Disney. The young TCU girls teams enjoyed a great weekend of soccer at the Disney Wide World of Sports Complex! Disney offers a World Class Venue.
The TCU u-9 girls won all three bracket games and ended up losing to the eventual tournament champions in the semifinal game. The TCU u-10 girls played against some strong competition and with only 1 win were unable to make it out of there bracket. This Disney tournament had over twenty u-10 girls teams particpating
The remainder of the TCU teams played in Seminole. TCU u-11 boys, u-15 girls, u-15 boys, and u-19 boys all participated in the Seminole Tournament. The u-15 girls, u15 boys and u-19 boys all won their brackets and played for the tournament championship's! The U-15 boys and u-19 boys were victorious and were the tournament champions for their age groups. The u-15 girls had a fantastic 2nd place finish losing in overtime in their championship game.

Seminole Tournament History:
This is the 28th Annual Seminole Memorial Invitational soccer tournament hosted by the Seminole Soccer Club. As one of the longest running tournaments in Florida, each of the past tournaments has proven to be great events. Last years tournament attracted over 130 teams. Surrounded by the local attractions, theme parks, and all that the area has to offer, this is a great place to play for the Memorial Day weekend. Seminole has some of the best soccer fields in the central Florida area at
the Seminole Soccer Complex (11 fields) home of the Seminole Soccer Club, the Adjacent Sylvan lake Park (6 fields) and The Central Winds Park.
Below is a team by team summary of the tournament.
TCU u-15 girls
Game 1. TCU wins 2-0 against Seminole Alliance. Catherine (Cat) Hasell scoring both goals
Game 2 TCU played Maitland Vipers winning 5-0 with 2 goals coming from Kaitlyn Snowand 1 each fromNicolette Tagner,Victoria Levy,Cat Hasell.
Game 3 TCU played IUS Rampage. The game was declared a 2-2 draw due to stoppage in the 19 th min. A severe lightning storm moved through the area. Game abandoned "draw"
Championship game. TCU again plays IUS Rampage. These were the 2 top teams after bracket play. The game was one of back and forth with TCU getting several chances to win in regulation. The game ended in a draw 0-0. With the game now in Overtime TCU gave up a goal 7 min 35 seconds into the OT period losing 1-0.
The TCU girls played some really good soccer this weekend.The defense of Aubrie Strohmenger,Vicki Levy,Jen Sinner,Lauren Gorodetsky allowed the other teams only 10 shots on goal all weekend giving up only 3 goals in four games.The midfield combination of Chrysta Bayliss,Nicolette Tagner,Lacy Hamilton,Amanada Worley, Ashleigh Yelton,Kaitlyn Snow,Jamie Morris,Katie Hughes,Lia Caudullo dominated play all weekend.The forwards who kept pressure on the other teams defense all weekend are Anay Murillo,Catherine Hasell,Alyssa Caudullo.The goal keeper Catie Clark played some outstanding goal keeping over the 4 games giving only 3 goals.The team hasten 14yr olds andeight 15yr olds on the roster and after their 8th tournament they are 19-7-3 having won 1 tournament finishing 2nd 3 times and 1 semi. Six of their loses are by 1 goal.
TCU u-15 boys
The TCU 15's won all 3 bracket games. TCU then came from behind to win the semifinal game. TCU then played CFU for the championship game. TCU again had to come from behind to tie the game.The game ended at adraw 1-1. With the game in its second OT period Ian Weber scored a goal from 25 yards out on a free kick. This was a great accomplishment for the boys. This is there 2nd tournament win in row. 9 match wins in a row. All in competitive tournament play.

TCU u-19 boys
Game 1 TCU played the Saint Pete Raiders to a 2-2 draw. This was a physical match with each team making its presence.
Game 2 TCU wins in a forfeit 3-0 this was a much needed rest for the the upcoming games ahead
Game 3 TCU wins 4-1 against Rockledge. TCU scored 3 in the first 20 minutes to secure the victory.
Semifinal: The game ends 0 - 0 after 80 minutes with TCU playing with just 10 men. (Sweeper) Kevin Mcquire double yellowed ( for a red card ) and was out for the remainder of the match and the final. Kyle Conrad gets the game winner in the second OT period to send TCU to the final.
Final: TCU plays the St Pete Raiders for the Championship. St Pete Raiders had to come from behind in there own semifinal game against the Palm Beach Kicks. The Kicks and Raiders went through two OT periods with The Raiders winning on PK's
TCU wins the Championship game 2-0 over the St Pete Raiders in regulation.
