MCN Little League 9-10 Girls are district champs

On June 6th the Martin County North Little League 9-10 girl's softball team rallied to beat Sebastian to win as District 17 Champions.

The team managed by Joe Marasa and coached by Al Oliveri and Dennis Dodge lost to Sebastian in the final winners bracket and then beat Jensen Beach in the loser bracket to play Sebastian in the final games.

The girls came out the first game of a double elimination tournament and handed Sebastian their first loss. The final game was down to the wire as the Martin County girls won 3-2.

The District 17 winning team is Jaime Chamberlin, Danielle Dodge, Holly Jones, Hanna Lambros, Connie Madden, Christina Marasa, Courtney Noonan, Sam Noonan, Dana O'Halloran, Nicole Olivieri, Courtney Tompkins, and Katie Vail.
