Emma Hayes is now in her second season as Academy Director, having taken over from Fred Donnelly who retired in 2006.

Also the Assistant First Team Coach to Vic Akers, Emma has plenty of experience, having spent six years coaching in America, including a spell as Head Coach for the W-League team Long Island Lady Riders, with whom she won the award of National Coach of the Year in 2002.
