Congratulations goes to Lisa Young for an outstanding presentation at the Sailfish Arts fest for the year 2007. When interviewed this is what Lisa had to say...

My style generally falls in three areas. Abstract, non-objective or non-representational, and for the marine life you could call it expressionistic.

I was traditionally trained very early on in drawing and watercolors, but throughout my life I grew frustrated and bored. However, I subverted my art interest to prusue a business degree. But, as they say, the urge to create cannot be ignored. So, I explored an area of experimental and non-objective expression and knew I had found my calling.
