Frozen Ropes of Stuart's15,000 square foot state of the art Baseball and Softball Training Center is here for every player and team for all your baseball and softball needs - with our indoor turfed infield, baseball and softball pitching simulator hitting tunnels which throw real baseballs and softballs, tunnels for live batting practice and pitcher/catcher workouts and a pro-shop for all your equipment and apparel needs... keep in the game and train at Frozen Ropes!

Training, Performance, Results... Let's get started with a program that fits your schedule and your player's skill level!

Introducing our New Winter Programs and Memberships that include something for everyone! Programs for ages 3-4 and 5 -6, beginning with our "Born To Play" program and "Rookie" Classes.

For Ages 7 and up, we offer daily programs that include Hitting, Pitching and Catching and Developmental Lesson Packages- our Minor League Academy, Girls Got Game and Little League Spring Training Programs focus on learning the proper fundamentals and cover all areas of baseball and softball instruction. Need some conditioning? Try our Diamond Strength Conditioning Program for speed, agility, strength, and flexibility. Is your child playing multiple sports, but wants to maintain his or her game for the upcoming season...we have lesson packages available that allow you to pick and choose your lesson, date and time.

Our NEW hitting memberships include 15 or 30 minutes of hitting in our realistic All-Star 5000 Pitching Simulators. Looking to throw batting practice, or gain work on your pitching, catching, fiedling or hitting? We have tunnels and our indoor turfed infield available with all the equipment for your complete training and workout.

JUNIOR LEAGUE "WINTER BASEBALL"League- The EDGE for next season starts now!! Competitive 8 game season beginning week of January 7th. All Games will be held at HalpatiokeePark in Stuart andeach player will receive Two 1 1/2 hour Player Enhancement Clinics, T-Shirt and Hat for each player, Two Hour Interactive Coaches Clinic and a Frozen Ropes "Winter Ball 10% Savings Card" good towards programs, tunnel rentals and pro shop for all your instructional, equipment and apparel needs.
