Greg Leach Honored With Chairman's Award of Excellence

The Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 6 th Annual Business Showcase Tradeshow titled "EVOLVE" and presented by Roger Dean Stadium on Monday, June 2, 2008 at PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens.

Approximately 100 businesses and over 1,200 attendees gathered to share ideas and network with each other during the trade show and Small Business Summit. During the Small Business Summit, small business owners and managers attended seminars which included How to Market Your Business Online presented by WPBF, How Going Green can help improve your Bottom Line presented by FPL, How to Lower Your Employee Medical Insurance Costs presented by Charles Gilbert and Associates, and How to Successful Brand Your Business presented by Intelligent Office.

At the sold out "Leadership Awards Luncheon", the 500 plus attendees, which included business owners and community leaders, witnessed the PGA Credit Union take home Small Business of the Year Award, The Gardens Mall win the Business of the Year Award, Rod Macon from FPL accepting the Community Leader of the Year Award, Hospice of Palm Beach County take home the Non-Profit of the Year Award and Greg Leach of Seacoast National Bank was honored with the Chairman's Award of Excellence.

"Each year, EVOLVE gives the Northern Palm Beach County business community an opportunity to come together to exchange best practices and celebrate the achievements of the area's business leaders," said Suzanne Neve, Director of Events for the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.
