Happy homeowners bring international flavor to Wellington View
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - South Florida is a melting pot of cultures, and Parag Chaubal and his wife Vanessa Ganasevici are among area residents who demonstrate this continuing trend.
Born in India, the twenty-something Parag found love and a life with a Brazilian. Although he and Vanessa were raised in areas other than their countries of origin, they have found a real home together in West Palm Beach, just east of the town of Wellington.
In November 2007, the couple relocated from a condominium in Boca Raton to Wellington View, a new Toll Brothers single-family luxury home community. Their home, a Ternbridge Versailles, has been recently completed. The two-story, five-bedroom residence has a study and loft that expands the interior living space to 4,800 square feet. Outside there is a covered lanai, paver deck, pool and spa.
Parag, an Internet marketer, was previously a commercial pilot. Vanessa's career path led her into international business. They both came to Florida at separate times (1996 and 1990 respectively), and their jobs kept them here.
Their major hobby after moving to Wellington View was working on their home so it fit their personalities. Vanessa enjoys decorating, painting and reading. Parag, who likes reading, bowling and playing poker, also helped with the décor. He also started using the gym at the clubhouse, too.
Another member of their family is Nala, a six-year-old Cocker Spaniel. In keeping with dog ownership, the couple's pet charity is The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, which they support and urge others to support as well.
When at home, the couple enjoys spending time in their main living areas, master
bedroom suite and fenced back yard. The latter is perfect for Nala, which contributed to the decision to purchase the home.
"We chose Wellington View because of the price per square feet, the lot the home sits on, and the back yard inclusions," Parag said, adding that location alscaptured their attention. "I work nearby. Plus Wellington View offer proximity to everything that's necessary and desired."
Commenting further, he said, "We also like the modest size of the community,
which works well for us, rather than some of the larger communities we considered."
An outside Realtor®, Ryan Greenblatt with Lang Realty, brought them to
Wellington View after a seven-month housing search in the Wellington area. "He was adamant that we shouldn't 'just settle" on a home, It should be right for us."
Although the couple was not yet familiar with Toll Brothers reputation, friends
and family were quick to make them aware of it. "A closer glance at our home makes it easy to spot Toll Brothers quality compared to other builders whose homes we considered," Parag concluded.
Globally savvy, with roots now firmly planted in Palm Beach County, Parag and
Vanessa are welcomed international additions to the Wellington View family of
residents.
Homes are priced from the upper $400,000s at the community which features 80 acres of lakes and nature preserves.
