NATIONAL CUSTOM HOMES' LUXURY TONWHOMES PROVIDE DIRECT INTRACOASTAL ACCESS AND DOCAGE IN DEERFIELD BEACH, FLORIDA
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. - Boca Raton, Florida-based National Custom Homes has completed four luxury townhomes with direct Intracoastal frontage in Deerfield Beach, the northernmost city in Broward County, Florida.
Located just south of Boca Raton in Palm Beach County, on N.E. 19th Avenue on the east side of one of the widest portions of the waterway, the three-story, Mediterranean-inspired residences provide expansive views of the Intracoastal and Deerfield Island Park to the west. The ocean is within strolling distance to the east.
Rick Pfendler, National Custom Homes president and a 42-year "hands-on" veteran of the building industry, said that the air-conditioned square footage for each townhome is approximately 4,123 square feet. Each has four bedrooms, four and one-half baths, an elevator, a covered loggia, a patio with a 10' x 17' heated swimming pool and summer kitchen (replete with gas barbecue and sink), a courtyard, a two-car garage, an 8-foot lateral dock and 37-foot finger pier, and an optional boat lift.
"These residences have been designed, constructed and equipped to 'live' like single-family waterfront homes, with an abundance of outdoor living areas," Pfendler noted. "They are exquisitely appointed to meet the needs of discerning buyers - in particular, boaters."
Townhomes also include 24" x 24" marble floors in the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area, family room and laundry room. Sumptuous master suites feature French doors overlooking and the pool/patio and waterway, a seating area, a morning kitchen and oversized his-and-her walk-in closets with built-in closet shelving. Master baths have 18" x 18" marble floors and a shower stall, a separate tub with a marble surround, and marble vanity tops and backsplashes. Kitchens are equipped with Wolf, SubZero, Miele and Whirlpool appliances.
Joyce Schneider, broker/owner of Castles by the Beach Realty in Boca Raton and the exclusive sales agent for the townhomes, appointed out additional highlights: a ventless gas fireplace in the living room, gas cooking, a spacious third-floor family room with a wet bar overlooking the waterway through 8' sliding glass doors, with access to a covered patio and a second barbecue area. In addition," the B & C residences are pre-wired for an optional home theatre.
Prices are from $2,950,000 (inside units) to $3,250,000 (end units).
