The Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is about to dramatically lessen the impact of homeless animals in Palm Beach County. On Saturday, May 10, under a brilliant blue sky, invited guests including incoming State Senate President Jeff Atwater, R-North Palm Beach, attended the groundbreaking of the new Grace Pavilion, a 35,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that will increase the League's ability to provide services to reduce the impact of homeless and unwanted pets in the county.
Jane and Bob Grace, long time League supports and benefactors of the Grace Pavilion, envisioned a central place for pets and people in Palm Beach County.
The new animal wellness clinic will include a community education room and 3 surgery suites that will enable the League to provide increased affordable sterilization procedures for pet owners in Palm Beach County. The Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League provides services to over 10,000 cats, dogs, puppies and kittens each year.
Operating continuously since 1925, we have been positively impacting animal welfare and addressing overpopulation in the county through a variety of services.
