Even through these tough economic times, life is sweet for the true confectionary that is steadily growing around the country as it grows its network of chocolates, fudge and ice cream shoppes. Owners of Kilwin's Chocolates & Ice Cream in Palm Beach Gardens, Tony and Linda Fernandez, have a true success story with their shoppe and are now expanding into Jupiter to cater to all of North Palm Beaches patrons and businesses. Kilwin's Chocolates & Ice Cream - Jupiter will replace Cold Stones at the Shoppes at Jupiter (Corner of Indiantown & US 1) next two Cobb Theater and Golds Gym. "We are expanding our business in response to the community and the need for a fun family destination in Jupiter", says Linda Fernandez. "We will be opening on December 1st with our full line of Premium Ice Cream, Fine Chocolates, Confections (made on site), Ice Cream Cakes, New Espresso and Beverage Line, and Gift Shop all in one location just in time for the holidays...!". The Grand Opening Celebration is slated for December 5th. Special promotions will be available throughout the day on Saturday at both the Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter Shoppe. Chocolates & ice cream will also be served at the Jupiter Riverwalk Event's Plaza under the Intracoastal Bridge to celebrate the shoppe opening and Holiday Boat Parade... Kilwin's moose will be making his entrance throughout the weekend to keep everyone entertained. Store hours for the Grand Opening are 9:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. Grand opening festivities at the Jupiter Shoppe include; 2p - 4p Face Painting, Magic, and Balloon Creations 4p - 6p Happy Hour Specials (2 for 1 Ice Cream!!!) 6p - 8p DJ Music and Entertainment 8p - 11p Live Music staring "The New" Come in a Discover North Palm Beach's Newest Family Destination... Every customer will be delighted with the long glass cases brimming with Kilwin's famous handmade chocolates, the marble tables where fudge, peanut brittle, caramel corn, caramel apples and the many other confections are created daily. Kilwin's also has a wide variety of original recipe ice cream which will catch your eye as well as your taste buds. The ice cream is served in a conventional or a handmade waffle cone. The shoppe will feature gift baskets, trays and special occasion treats. Tours, Birthday Parties, and other catering services are also available.
