Christian Manor is now taking applications for several newly renovated studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Pastor Joel Tucker, of Tropical Sands Christian Church, is elated. Tropical Sands Christian Church of Palm Beach Gardens along with its sister church, First Christian Church of West Palm Beach sponsor Christian Manor. Although you do not have to belong to the church, or be affiliated with any religious organization, you do need to be age and income qualified. Hurricane Wilma had left several apartments damaged and the restoration is nearly complete. That means we can continue our mission of providing safe, affordable housing for persons 62 years or older with a low to moderate income. Beyond meeting the housing needs of seniors, we have added amenities such as a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard court, bingo, pool table and a host of activities. We are centrally located to shopping, bus transportation, Palm Beach Mall and near-by downtown West Palm Beach. We hope to be able to improve the quality of life and provide a caring community for all our residents.
