JaydeSpeaks
I write about anything that interests me. I write on things I see, hear, know, want to learn or even, have learned. I write about what isn't heard on the news. Check out my profile for the details. I wirte about what THE PEOPLE want to hear about. What concerns them? I write about it. I write about everything from the dirt in the souls of your shoes to the kid down the street who just became famous. Anything at all. Let me know!

Okay, I know humans are a social being, but, is it right that teens become so involoved in the online and web community that all reality disappears? As a teen myself, I see that some of my fellow friends and peers are becoming more and more attuned to what online people think rather than what the people who are standing right in front of them think.
Why do internet "friends" seem to be able to be easier to keep? I don't know. Maybe it's because you don't spend everyday with them and therefore, we don't really know what annoying habbits they have. It gives less room for annoyance. However, seeing the rich minds of growing teens being sucked into a world that only exists through a power line, alarms me. It shocks me to see how much teens rely on internet! A place where anyone can write anything.... Don't get me wrong, I use internet but I don't rely on it. It's not like there's a fine line between using it and abusing it.
When you wake up in the morning and say "I have to get online and talk to so and so," That's abusing it. When you need to write, or blog or find out some piece of information, and you use the internet for a bit, that's unsing it. Although, in some cases, the two can be horribly confused.
Before I make quick assumptions, I would like to hear the views of others out there- any age, and internet users or non internet users. Remember, it's only an opinion, so please, no bashing of the other users. Thanks.
