ZUMBA with Cecilia

What:	ZUMBA, it's latin music that pulses from the stereo as men & women jump, shimmy and sway to the beat. Part dance, part aerobics, Zumba is an hour long routine that works almost every muscle in the body. "It is dance fitness, I teach them moves that are easy to learn: salsa, merengue, bachata, reaggaeton, samba etc.., and we put it into a group fitness format. It's not a dance club, is a regular exercise class. Date: Every Tuesday Place: Port St. Lucie Community Center Time: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Drop in fee: $7.35 (Incl.
