TOLL BROTHERS BUILDS IN ONE OF AMERICA'S 100 BEST MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITIES: TRADITION IN PORT ST. LUCIE

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Toll Brothers, the nation's leading building of luxury homes, is developing the private, gated community of The Estates at Tradition. It is one of approximately eight residential communities featured within the Town of Tradition, located just west of Interstate 95 in Port St. Lucie.

"We're very proud to be part of an award-winning town," said The Estates at Tradition's Sales Manager Dawn Reedy, referring to Tradition's impressive recognition received approximately a year ago by Where To Retire magazine. Tradition made their list of America's 100 Best Master-Planned Communities. "The publication lists planned communities across the United States, all selected for their 'neighborly ambience. Tradition was noted for its accessible shopping opportunities, community gathering areas and small-town charm,'" she said.

Reedy added that Tradition embodies the desirable amenities of a traditional American community. "It's a place where residents have an opportunity to live, work, play and shop, and to know their neighbors. Family and friends can gather in the town square, attend an on-site concert, go boating and kayaking, and partake in numerous other activities," she explained. "Plus, there are restaurants and retailers - including a Publix Supermarket, all within the town, adding tremendous convenience."

She also pointed out that the largest home sites and most luxurious designs within the master-planned town are offered by Toll Brothers at The Estates at Tradition. Upon completion, there community will have 188 one- and two-story homes spanning from 2,680 to more than 3,880 square feet of air-conditioned living space, plus covered, brick-paver lanais and two- or three-car garages. Prices are from the $400,000s to the upper $500,000s.

In addition to its gated entrance and perimeter privacy walls, there is a beautifully landscaped entry boulevard with a round-about. Homes are presented within a tranquil setting of winding streets, lakes and nature preserves. The Toll Brothers' community also has its own swimming pool, cabana and grill area.

"One of our retiree couples, Jerry and Charolette Henshaw, tell it like it is: 'We got a million-dollar look at a fraction of the price,'" Reedy said. "They looked for a long time and realized that, compared to anywhere else, the value they got here was unmatched."

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company, was established in 1967. The company currently operates in 21 states.

The sales center and decorator models at The Estates at Tradition are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To visit, from Interstate 95 proceed west on Tradition Parkway (Exit 118). Travel ½ mile and turn right onto Community Boulevard for ½ mile. Turn left onto Westcliffe Lane for ¼ mile, then turn left onto Tremont Avenue. Follow the signs to the sales center.
