Kraczkowski Raises The Bar

PORT ST LUCIE, FL-Workforce Solutions' Work Certified Development Director, John Kraczkowski, will facilitate a session at the 2009 Raising the Bar: Maximizing Our Strengths Conference to be held in early November for the Workforce Investment Network for Maryland.

"I was invited to present at the conference on business services techniques based on the interest of the Maryland Workforce System in improving their services to local employers," Kraczkowski said.

Kraczkowski will be facilitating the Business Services: Don't Work Outside the Box - Stand On It! session. He will use his over 15 years of experience in business services to help participants learn about the importance of innovation while reinforcing philosophy, attitude, relationship-building, and professionalism.

The Work Certified program Kraczkowski oversees began in 2000 after years of research and is now a nationally recognized program for preparing individuals to enter the workforce. A job seeker may enroll in this three-week program and emerge prepared with the soft-skills employers demand. Workforce Solutions provides this certification at no cost to job seekers and also sells this program to many companies and workforce boards across the country.

Kraczkowski received the National Jodi Spiegal Enhancement of Customer Service Award and is also nationally certified as a Business Services Specialist. He presents nationally on a variety of subjects and is often called upon for consulting.
