In days yesteryear Old Glory was raised on high,
Carried unfurled to victories they could not deny
Our star spangled banner over McHenry inspired Francis Scott Key,
At first fighting for our independence and now to remain free
WW-I & II, Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm to always remember,
While 12-7-41 and 9-11 aredates to be engraved forever
Attacks on our soil and lives lost now with God,
Throughouthistory our flag forever stands proud
The red, white and blue shows to allwe are the U.S.A.,
We stand for Old Glory to pledge our allegiance each day
Thanks to our Veterans who have served us worldwide,
We keep in our memory the defenders of freedom who have died
Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard stem the tide,
For freedom we stand to salute Old Glory with a new pride
