The celebration features free admission into the Navy UDT-SEAL Museum, memorial services, receptions, speakers and demonstrations from both active duty military SEAL and Parachute units.

For the past 20 years, North Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce, Florida, has celebrated Veterans Day with the UDT-SEAL Museum's Annual Muster. More than 130,000 American servicemen called F t. Pierce home from 1943-1946, after the U.S. Navy created a Naval Amphibious Training Base on sections of Hutchinson Island.

This annual event draws former military personnel and civilians from around the country, including famed Navy UDT and SEAL Rudy Boesch, who trained on the beaches of Fort Pierce. Boesch was one of the finalists in the first season of CBS's hit reality show "Survivor." He is a regular at the annual Muster event, and has been attending even before his "Survivor" fame.
