On April 26 th at 3:00 pm, the Miami Dolphins will make the much anticipated first pick of the 2008 NFL Draft. But that won't be the only first that day. The newly opened Bonefish Mac's in Port St. Lucie will serve as the first ever "Miami Dolphins Draft Day Headquarters" for Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
The "
NFL Draft Day Blowout at Bonefish Mac's" is an event for everyone with sports fans and families throughout the Treasure Coast coming together for an exciting and entertaining afternoon. Highlights include special appearances by Miami Dolphins Alumni John Offerdahl and Hall of Famer Dwight Stephenson as well as Miami Dolphins Cheerleader performances.
The
Draft Day Blowout is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. ESPN Radio 760 will have a pre-Draft broadcast with Evan Cohen starting at 12:00 pm ESPN and will remain on site until 3pm. The event also features a gallery of Dolphins memorabilia and a family friendly "Kid's Zone" with bounce houses, face painting, balloon making, games and contests.
Beginning at 2:30 pm, the Miami Dolphins Fins Force will also be on "prize patrol" and holding hourly raffle drawings of special VIP Dolphins packages and Bonefish Mac's gift certificates. Food and drink specials will be offered by Bonefish Mac's to celebrate their grand opening.
Bonefish Mac's is located in the Shoppes at Veranda Falls on Becker Road in Port St. Lucie near the Florida Turnpike Exit 138 (across from Tesoro).
