Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the Good News of Christianity.
Since 1993, more than 78 million shoe boxes have been packed, shipped, and delivered across the globe. People of all ages can be involved in this simple, hands-on mission's project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas. National Collection Week is November 16-23.
"We can't believe how much this event has grown as we approach our fourth year. Over 1700 turned out last year to celebrate and enjoy the live music. This is a wonderful opportunity for the entire family to come out and enjoy a free event while participating in a worthy cause." said Treasure Coast Area Coordinator
Gwenn Cates.
