PORT ST LUCIE, Fla. -- Treasure Coast talent has hit a new high! Love Trap, an Independent Film about a struggling law student written in part and produced by our own Richard Fitzpatrick, will air on Showtime beginning this Friday.

"The film did well at film festivals and I'm excited it will be shown to a broader audience," said Fitzpatrick.

The romantic drama was the first feature film for Fitzpatrick who has been working his craft for years even recently appearing in the locally produced Zora Documentary. Currently he is in pre-production for a new drama that will be filmed almost entirely on the Treasure Coast, A Heart of A Champion.
