Austin Outdoor to Participate in PLANET Day of Service on April 22, 2009
WHAT: The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), the national lawn and landscape association, is holding a nationwide Day of Service on April 22, 2009. Members of PLANET are organizing volunteer lawn and landscape projects in communities across the country, including the St. Lucie County community. WHO: Austin Outdoor's Port St. Lucie district is participating in the PLANET Day of Service by bringing seven volunteers to enhance the landscape at the St. Lucie County Administration Building.
Austin Outdoor's other Florida districts, located in Palm Coast, Jacksonville and Orlando, are also participating in the PLANET Day of Service on April 22, 2009. The Palm Coast district is enhancing the landscape of nine homes in Bunnell through the Flagler County Housing Authority. The Jacksonville district is enhancing the landscape at Paxon Middle School, and the Orlando district is enhancing the landscape at Turkey Lake Park.
