2009 Valentine Queen's Rule
Contributed by: Raeann Wallace on 2/17/2009

The six local chapters of Beta Sigma Phi, an International Sorority, held it's annual Valentine Ball on February 14, 2009 at the Holiday Inn, Port St Lucie. The dinner dance was a wonderful evening led by DJ, Dan Gelardo, who kept the evening moving with trivia, new dance moves and just plain fun.

The queens from each chapter were announced and their resume was in the program for each queen along with many well wishes for queens, and spouses. The queen is selected from each chapter's members based on what a true Beta Sigma Phi is, a woman who follows the torch of Life, Learning and Friendship. Beta Sigma Phi is an organization dedicated to the social and cultural aspects of life. The chapters are greatly invollved in service projects in the area such as CASTLE, ARC, United for Families and PSL Volunteer Ambulance.

The group is searching for new members and those who may have taken a leave of absence in the past and would like to meet this fine group of women. If you are interested, email, Leslie Jannereth at ljannereth@bellsouth.net
