SOME "BUNNY" HAD FUN IN THE PARK
Contributed by: Angel Robertson on 3/19/2008

On March 15th, over 150 residents of Port St. Lucie gathered at the Mary Ann Cernuto Park in East Lake Village (corner of Hillmoor Drive and Grand Drive). The "Easter Bunny" returned to Port St. Lucie to visit with the children. After getting a picture taken with this furry friend, the children were ready for some creative fun in the park.

Members of the Port St. Lucie High School Key Club and National Honor Society teamed up with The Resource Depot to help with the arts and crafts. Billy's Bounce House allowed the children to bounce around from wall to wall, while Hi-Note Karaoke kept the crowd involved in singing throughout the event. It really was an Egg-citing time for everyone.

I would like to thank all the following vendors and student helpers for being a part of "Art in the Park": Port St. Lucie High School members of the Key Club and National Honor Society (Maria Masciello, Tiffany Major, Jessie French, Amanda Rivera, and Gabriella Solis); Hi-Note Karaoke, Billy's Bounce House, Treasure Coast Party Pals, Chappy's Food Cart, Deb Krueger and volunteers of the Resource Depot, Michael Rubin (sand art vendor) and Carrie Duffin with "Created By You".
