Remembering our past & preparing for the future. Members of the Rio Lindo Garden Club are preparing for a grand "50" Celebration with many special workshops, speakers, events, etc. Rio Lindo Garden Club has a strong commitment to civic responsiblity, loca, district, state & national.
Meeting are held from September through May on the 4th Monday of each month from 9:15 am to 1pm. Our first meeting this Sept. 28th, we are excited to invite the youngsters we sponsored to go to Camp Wekiva; Amanda & Nicholas Benson, Ashley Korpin, Lydia Zuniga & Alicia Castle to join us for lunch and speak on their fun filled week at camp. Also we are inviting the highschoolers from our SEEK ( "Save the Earth Environment through Knowledge") sponsored program. We look forward to hearing their experiences of discovery and stories that they experienced at the 4 day conference at Wakulla Springs State Park, Big Bend ,FL.
