October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we want to help you be aware. Curves by City Hall members and friends are walking for the third year now at Tradition on Sat. Oct 24th.

We do this to honor the women who have lost their fight, who are still fighting and those who have won their battle.

If you would like to join us in our small but very important way, to help find a cure please call 873-3223 or stop by the club at 343 SE Port St Lucie Blvd and join our team and/or make a donation.

We want all women to be aware of this disease and the importance of early detection. To promote a healthy lifestyle Curves is offering a free sign up to any women between Oct 12th and Oct 23rd, who comes to the club with a recent mammogram receipt or a $25 donation to The American Cancer Society.

Genetics plays a big part in who we are but so does our lifestyle. Empower yourself by making the choice to take control of your health by exercising and eating healthfully. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, cancer, stress and depression do not have to be a part of your life.

Remember, Breast Cancer is not just a women's fight, it is a fight for all who love these women also.
