Local Footage during Tropical Storm Fay

We caught some video of flooding in Port St Lucie during Tropical Storm Fay around 4pm on Tuesday, August 19th, 2008.
The end of the video has a few windsurfers talking about how fast the wind was blowing according to their GPS.
