Spa Diva Celebrates 99th Birthday!

It was 1909; Peary & Henson had just reached the North Pole, Pittsburg won the World Series, a first class postage stamp was 2 cents and Mary Lombardi was born in New York City. Today the nonagenarian lives life in sunny Florida still enjoying bingo, painting and crafts. But perhaps the most distinctive activity that Mary enjoys is getting her regular manicures and pedicures at The Sanctuary Spa.

On Saturday, November 29th, The Sanctuary Spa will host Mary Lombardi's 99th birthday party. Mary's daughter and friends will be flying in from New York to share her big day which will be celebrated in style with luxury spa therapies including a mini-facial, manicure and pedicure compliments of The Sanctuary Spa. Balloons in her favorite color purple and a scrumptious cupcake desert will top off her special day.

"It is an honor to host Mary's birthday", says Gina Grothe. "It just shows, no matter how old you are, you can still enjoy each day and live life to the fullest. It's wonderful!"
