At the birthday party to honor Dr. Domenick Scarlato, past commander of Disabled American Veterans Chapter 113, Port St. Lucie, were, from left: Paul Hiott, director of Veteran's Services; Jack Kelly, Port St. Lucie vice mayor; and Scarlato. In the front is Kelly's grandson, Sean. All had a wonderful time, especially with Paul Hiott's performance.
