Stuart-based Bayview Construction selected to build a new Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott
on Florida's West Coast

STUART, FLA..(May 22 , 2008)-Bayview Construction Corporation today announced it was awarded a contract from Neeta Hotels, Inc., to build a new Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott on the 3000 block of Highway 19 in Holiday.

Construction on the 48,633 square-foot, three-story, 78-room hotel is expected to begin in July and be completed July 2009. The hotel will also have fitness and conference rooms, a breakfast dining area, and pool.
