The Audubon of Martin County and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Martin County have teamed up to host the first ever Duck Derby in Martin County. The event takes place on Saturday, November 21 at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach. Imagine this: a minimum of 10,000 rubber duckies will compete for over $20,000 in prizes.

The fund and games will begin at 10:30 am and the Duck Drop and Race will be at noon.

The grand prize is a 2010 Scion xB donated by John Pierson's Toyota of Stuart. The winner will have the opportunity to choose the color and accessories of the car.

There is also the chance to win $1,000,000 if your duck matches one of three lucky numbers.

The first five ducks to float across the finish line will qualify for prizes including a luxury cruise for two, a Dell laptop, a weekend getaway at the Hutchinson Island Marriott and an aquarium.
