The PSL Sunset Rotary installed their new officers for the 2008-2009 year at a dinner at Josef's restaurant on Thursday june 19th.Newly elected officers are:

Quartermaster - Bill Powers

Entertainment Chair - Lenny Loyd
Board Members - Dr. Tom Hickey, George Seliga and Rocky Bellantoni
Our projects for the coming year include multiple golf tournaments, a 5K walk, numerous dinners, silent auctions, etc with a goal of increasing our fundraising by over 200% from previous years.
Our membership has grown by 100% to 16 members since the beginning of 2008 and we are looking to grow this number to 35 members by the 4 th quarter. We are actively recruiting new members for our club. Come out, have a good time and contribute time to your community.

The children's groups we have supported over the past few years include
Boy Scouts, Big Brothers & Sisters, IRCC Scholarship Foundation ($1500 per year),Leukemia Society,Literacy Launchers, WPSL Christmas Kids, Big Heart Brigade, Hibiscus House, Guardian Ad Litem, 3 rd Grade Dictionary Program (over 4000 delivered in 2008 in St Lucie County) and Shakespeare Odyssey of the mind (Morningside School).

Harvest Food Outreach in Ft Pierce. See
